Easy Scrambled Eggs


  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter


In a bowl beat eggs slightly with a fork. Add salt, pepper, and milk and beat this mixture well. Heat a non-stick pan on the stove over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt. When the butter has melted, pour in the egg mixture. Cook until of creamy consistency, stirring and scraping from bottom of the pan often. Makes 4 servings. To make your scrambled eggs even tastier, you can add any of the following ingredients at the end and stir them into the scrambled egg mixture. If you are using ham, use ¾ cup of diced of ham and heat it up before scrambling it with the eggs. You can even add a ½ cup of diced pineapple. If you have some cheese, you can grate about ½ cup and add it as you are cooking the eggs.
