
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ¾ pound fresh snow peas
- ½ pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup green onions, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the sesame seeds about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned. Remove from heat, and set aside. In another skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat. Stir in snow peas, onions, ginger and mushrooms; cook up to 5 minutes until fork tender. Transfer snow peas and vegetables in the skillet into a medium to large glass serving bowl. Toss with sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce, and serve warm. Serves 4.
