Red Radish Bruschetta


  • 8 fresh red radishes, rinsed well and sliced
  • 1 container of low fat cream cheese plain or herbed
  • 3 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 loaf of French bread, sliced


In a bowl mix the cream cheese with the green onions. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the French bread slices. Top each slice of bread with the radishes and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Arrange on a platter and serve as an appetizer or snack.
