
- 1 medium LoBok or daikon radish
- 4 Tbsns apple cider vinegar
- 1 tspn sea salt
- 2 Tbspns sesame seed oil
- 1 Tbspn brown sugar

Scrub the radish well, peel and trim the ends. Thinly slice or finely julienne the radish. In a glass bowl, mix with vinegar, sea salt, sesame oil and brown sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve as a relish with your favourite meat.
