
- 4 fresh clementines, peeled and sectioned
- 3 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups of fresh blueberries, rinsed well
- 2 cups of fresh watermelon, cubed
- 2 tbsp. of maple syrup

Place all fruits in a glass bowl and gently toss. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and gently toss again. Refrigerate and serve with ice cream or alone. Serves 6.
