Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot
  • ½ teaspoon honey (or to taste)

Instructions

Peel and grate the gingerroot lengthwise on the large holes of a grater. For one serving of tea, put the ginger into a cup of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain, add honey to taste and drink hot or iced. Makes one cup of tea.
