
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop or about ½ cup of non-fat vanilla ice cream or low fat vanilla yogurt
- 5 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
- ¾ cup of skim milk
- extra berries for garnish (about 1 tablespoon)

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and put the lid on. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into two glasses and garnish with some extra berries. Makes 2 servings. This recipe can be doubled and will give you four servings.
