Blend or puree the blackberries and pour into a 6 or 8-quart pot. Heat the fruit puree to boiling; add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add corn syrup, heat to boiling, and simmer about five minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and follow procedure for safe canning methods. Can be enjoyed right away and refrigerated. Pour over pancakes, ice cream, yogurt or include in your baking.
