- 2 cups cubed honeydew melon (freeze these ahead of time)
- ½ cup cubed watermelon
- 1 cup pitted fresh cherries
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 ½ tablespoons pure maple syrup
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint
In a food processor or blender, combine the honeydew melon, watermelon, cherries, yogurt, maple syrup and cinnamon. Process until smooth. Pour into two glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint. Makes 2 servings.
