- Small bunch of green or red seedless grapes washed well
- 1 apple of your choice washed well, cut into quarters with seeds removed (squeeze a wedge of fresh lemon over the apple to stop it from rusting)
- 3 slices of cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
- ½ cup of each of your three favourite cheeses
Arrange the fruit and cheese on a plate. Enjoy this with breakfast or as a snack. Delicious and nutritious. Serves 2. This recipe can be doubled for more people.
